Midway Games is apparently going through some major financial troubles after reports sprung that they are planning to sell the franchise they are most famous for: Mortal Kombat.

This was detailed in the latest incentive plan submitted to court. With 29 employees to pay off, the US 6million distribution deal earned from Ubisoft for PS3 and Xbox 360's Wheelman woulod certainly be their source of money.
