Those worried about not being able to get an 80 GB PS3 can rest easy. According to sources at the event, a new system bundle will be coming in June. This bundle is said to contain (besides the 80 GB PS3) a DualShock 3 controller and Konami's Metal Gear Solid 4. Retail price will be USD$499.

The Meta Gear Solid 4 game will also include a Metal Gear Online "starter pack" and anyone pre- ordering the game will be in the beta test for Metal Gear Online, scheduled to begin in late April.

Also of note is word of a new PlayStation portable bundle in the making. Also coming in June, this bundle will include the game God of War: Chains of Olympus, a red PSP with Kratos' head emblazoned on the back, a UMD of the movie Superbad and a certificate good for a free game download from the PlayStation Store. The retail price on this is expected to be USD$199, the same as the Star Wars Battlefield II bundle.
