Guitar Hero World Tour has been announced for release on multiple platforms including the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii on the 26th of October 2008.

Previous reports have detailed that the title will include “over 85 songs” on the game's final soundtrack. Just recently, Activision has unveiled 43 of the 85 total tracks for GH: World Tour.

11. Eye of the Tiger - Survivor

14. Hollywood Nights - Bob Seger
15. Hot for Teacher - Van Halen
16. Hotel California - The Eagles
17. In the End - Linkin Park

Aside from the new tracks, it has also been revealed the Ozzy Osbourne will also be featured in some of the songs in the game. Aside from having two of his tracks included in the list, “Crazy Train” and Black Sabbath's “Mr.Crowley”, gamers can also play his character.

To top it all off, the “Ozzfest” was also included as one of the playable venues for the game. Therefore, you can expect to see a few Ozzfest artists like Zakk Wylde, Metallica, and System of a Down, when you play GH: World Tour.
