PS2 - Future Publishing Sends Manhunt 2 Footage To BBFC Without Approval From Rockstar

If only Future Publishing had its way, then UK gamers would most probably be able to have a preview of some of Rockstar's Manhunt 2 (Wii, PSP, PS2) footage, a game that is banned in the region.

Said publication recently detailed that it has sent copies of the planned cover discs for PlayStation Magazine 3 issue 96 and PlayStation World issue 103, to the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC).

Supposedly, the cover discs which will be available for each magazine will feature footages of the M-rated Manhunt 2 version released in North America, although it was not specified which sections of the game the discs feature.

And the more interesting part, the publication did not have permission from Rockstar for publishing the game. Also, it is questionable as to how the publication will prevent readers that are below the age requirement from accessing the discs' content.

Check back in for more details and development on this as they arrive.
