PS2 - GBA Kingdom Hearts Hits PS2 In Japan
Soon after 2002´s release of Kingdom Hearts Square Enix released the english dubbed version in Japan to let Disney fans there enjoy the original actor voices. They plan the same with Kingdom Hearts II with a bit extra thrown in.
During the Tokyo Game Show they announced Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix + for Japan. The game will be based on the North American KH II, with the voices dubbed in English with Japanese subtitles. There will be some other updates such as extra event scenes, battles and map secrets.
However, the big news here is Final Mix + will be a 2 DVD set. The second disc will include more extras including a PS2 version of the GBA game Kingdom Hearts: Chain Of Memories. The game will play with full 3D graphics and some event scenes will feature voices (in Japanese). Square Enix promised more additions to the game that were not in the GBA version but would not give any details. Release date in Japan is set for Spring 2007.
