Previously, reports about Square Enix supposedly releasing a PS2 remake for Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories in the US were dismissed as rumors. However, latest development on this should delight PS2 fans as this could turn out to be true after all.
Square Enix has just confirmed that the latest version of the classic title will indeed arrive in US stores. In fact, a holiday release has been cited and even priced with $29.99.
For European gamers who are wondering whether they'd be getting the same news on their side of the planet, well it looks like they'd have to wait as no confirmation has been given by Square Enix yet regarding a UK and EU release.
