PS2 - Monster Jam Returns This Fall
Listen up all Monster Jam fans out there! Activision has just confirmed that Urban Assault, the follow-up to Torus Games' multiplatform monster truck game released last November, will be arriving very soon. While the previous release enabled gamers to race through a variety of outdoor tracks with some licensed trucks like Grave Digger and Monster Mutt, brace yourselves with Urban Assault which lets you explore beyond the constraints of the stadium.
Because this game allows you to “demolish every vehicle you see”, expect to experience the biggest thrill ride that you can possibly have. Take your favorite trucks all over the city, and earn major rewards for keeping the damage toll on the high. What's more? Expect Urban Assault to feature modes that are reminiscent of the real thing, such as stadium racing and freestyle competitions, including several new mini-games to choose from.
Aside from great new gameplay options, Urban Assault will also be making its appearance on major platforms like the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo Wii, and DS this coming fall. Last year's edition of Monster Jam was released on the Xbox 360 and PC, but not for the PSP, so owners of Sony's handheld console should be pretty psyched!
Monster Jam: Urban Assault is developed by Torus Games and you can start looking out for it this fall.
