PS2 – Guitar Hero 3 guitars go wireless
For rockers on the Sony Playstation2 and Playstation3, RedOctane's kept their guitars cordless and the finish polished. All versions available for early orders are listed at the specialty pre-order store at RedOctane for Activision's Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
The site also features each of the Gibson Les Paul and the Kramer, the latter being available only in the PS2 bundle. As for the Sony PS3, the Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is black-polished, while the white version is available only in the Nintendo Wii.
As for the content, each package is just about the same, although the PS2 versions are US $10 cheaper. Meanwhile, Electronic Arts' Rock Band peripherals have been confirmed to be available in wired versions, which surely sent wireless-loving Harmonix fans elsewhere.
