PS2 - UK Retailer Refuses Bully
Seems news regarding the court decision regarding the game Bully didn´t make it to many sources in the UK. According to the London Sun Currys will not be stocking the game, entitled Canis Canem Edit in that market, saying ¨We´re a family-friendly retailer. We don´t think this game is appropriate for our stores and have decided not to stock it.¨. This game was given a T (teen) rating in the US and rated 18+ in the UK.
Considering this is one of three retailers that stopped selling the game Manhunt for several weeks (but can now be found again) and that they do sell Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (both of which are 18+) it´s probably only a matter of time before they do have it. We´ll find out on October 27, the UK launch date for Canis Canem Edit, just how good a decision this was on Currys´ part
