PS2 - Yakuza 2 Gets North American Date
Publisher Sega of America has announced that Amusement Vision's free-roaming crime title Yakuza 2 (PS2) will arrive at North American retailers on September 9.
In case you are not familiar with the title, it is a free-roaming crime game and was first released in 2006. The sequel picks up where the original game has left off but has infused urban areas, leaving more places for the player to explore. Aside from that, the game also promises to showcase some upgrades and improvements for this new version. North America waited for a long time before they finally got a release for the game in the region, knowing that Japan has already got its hands on the title way back in December of 2006.
Development for PS3's Yakuza 3 is already under way. Look out for Yakuza 2's release in North America in more or less a couple of weeks from now.
