PS3 - 20 GB Model Hitting UK In October?
A bit of news for those in the UK that didn´t want to blow over 400 quid on the PS3. It is looking like the 20 GB model will be coming to you in October of this year- at least Amazon thinks so.
At first it was thought the 20 GB system would not be made available at all- Sony themselves said the demand was not there back in February. Now, however, after consulting with various retailers told them the demand was indeed there.
The main differences between the two systems other than the smaller hard drive is the lack of a wifi card and no flash memory slots under where the flap would be (the 20 GB has this left as a solid bit of plastic). So, if you are willing to wait even longer to get the PS3 to save a bit of cash the option is there.
