No, there won't be a merging for Blood on the Sand and Modern Warfare 2. However, rapper 50 Cent have been confirmed to lend his vocal skills for PS3 and Xbox 360's Modern Warfare 2. This was officially revealed by 50 Cent on his blog following a visit to the Infinity Ward studio.

Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward's community manager, was quick to confirm this bit of news that 50 Cent will be offering his voice to one of the squad in the main multiplayer mode, Spec Ops mode, in the game.

Modern Warfare 2 is set to release on November 11.
