PS3 - Assassin's Creed Freeze Fix Coming

If you are encountering game freezes while playing Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed on your PS3, relief is on the way. In one of the Assassin's Creed forums, a UK community manager has confirmed that Ubisoft will be releasing a patch that will fix this problem.

Apparently, the game update currently being worked on will help “improve the stability of the game.” The update will be available online, but it is yet unclear if there will also be new game discs available which will incorporate the fix.
