PS3 - Burnout: Paradise Bike Pack Pushed To September

The update for Criterion Games' Burnout Paradise (PS3, Xbox 360), or better known as the “bikes pack”, which was initially slated for an August release is now rescheduled for a September release. Jeremy Chubb spoke in behalf of Criterion Games over at the PlayStation blog to explain the reason gor the update's delay and what other exciting details that fans would love to hear about the game.

Chubb said that two new motorcycles will be included into the game: the Firehawk racing bike and the FV1100 street bike. Aside from that, fans can also expect up to 70 motorcycle challenges.

As soon as the update becomes available, the game will now feature day and night modes as well as selection for the weather effects. The day-night selection will affect the number of vehicles that will be out on the road during racing time. Meanwhile, the night time feature will sport a special “Midnight Rides” challenge that you can partake in.

Although it spells bad news that the update won't be making it in August, it is a good news though that the content is not only packed but is of high quality. Do keep your fingers crossed that this update won't experienced any glitches!
