PS3 - Buyers Of Pulled PSOne Games Offered Refunds
Good news for those that purchased Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer and/or MediEvil from the UK/ European PlayStation Stores. Those buyers will be receiving refunds for those purchases within the next seven days, after which time the games will be struck out of the download history.
It was found out that these two games had some very serious technical issues and were pulled from the store. In the e-mail sent to affected players it said ¨You will be aware from the description of the product on PlayStation Store that some variation in functionality from the original PSone version is to be anticipated,¨ the publisher wrote.
¨However there appear to be more significant technical issues.¨
Crash Bandicoot 2 was also pulled from the store as a precautionary measure.
