PS3 - Call of Duty 6 Announced
CEO for Activision Publishing Mike Griffith has just announced that Infinity Ward, which recently worked on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, will come back next year for Call of Duty 6.
Griffith revealed this during the Activision Blizzard's Analyst Day event, after previous reports have surfaced regarding a new Call of Duty game to arrive next year. However, there were no other details revealed about the game as of the moment.
In its strategy to alternate developers, Activision is tapping Infinity Ward to do Call of Duty 6 after Treyarch handled Call of Duty: World at War. The latter will arrive for the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and PC on November 5.
