PS3 - Dynasty Warriors 6 Battle Stateside In 2008
Many were stunned about PS3's success over the Wii in the recent Japanese hardware sales charts. But the success of the PS3 title Shin Sangoku Musou 5, landing second place in the software charts with a total units sold of 188,456, could have helped boost console sales as well.
Well, US fans can now experience the recent craze in Japan as Koei has confirmed the release in North America for Shin Sangoku Musou 5, Dynasty Warriors 6.
Koei Senior VP Amos Ip shares his thoughts about Dynasty Warriors 6, in a press release for the title:
“Dynasty Warriors 6 will deliver the massive scale battles that gamers have come to expect from the series...Our goal is to redefine the Dynasty Warriors series. We've created more immersive environments where players can use the features of the battlefield to their advantage...This is truly the next great chapter in the Dynasty Warriors saga.”
Look out for Dynasty Warriors 6 as soon as it is released simultaneously for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on February 19 of next year.
