PS3 - Elder Scrolls IV Downloadable Content Coming
A new downloadable content has been announced by Bethesda Game Studios for the title The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion called Fighter's Stronghold. This new additional plug-in will add a new quest and a new property to acquire in the game, and that is the Battlehorn Castle. DLC6 is scheduled for release on October 15 for the PC and Xbox 360. Some of its features include the following:
- A fully detailed castle for you to explore
- Knights of the True Horn patrol the castle and do your bidding
- Secret treasure vault
- Upgrade the furnishings in every area of the castle
- Hire a vintner to create special wines to enhance your fighting abilities
- Hire a combat trainer to spar with
- Hire a taxidermist to craft lifelike trophies for your great hall
- Purchase an ancient Dwemer Forge that buffs your Armorer skill
The said content is free for download in Xbox Live during its first week since it will also be the developers' last official contribution to the game's content. Shortly after this new content is officially unveiled, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition will also be released.

So, the PS3 Version isnt getting the content as a download ?????..... Damn it.....
I can't say for sure but it may be included with the game of the year edition. They may well gear it to a PS3 download for those that bought the original.
Bethesda is supposedly working on a solution for a PS3 download for this so all is not lost, Rob. :)
