PS3 - Famitsu Reveals PS3 Exclusive R-Type 3D

In the latest issue of Famitsu magazine, a new game was announced to be exclusively heading its way to the PlayStation 3. This will be the new iteration to the legendary side scrolling shoot-em-up franchise, R-Type.

Since the game bears the title R-Type 3D, it has yet to be known whether it will actually feature a 3D plane, or a 2D plane using 3D graphics. Little is still known about this game for now, so make sure to stay tuned here as we'll be giving you updates once more information is revealed about this upcoming title.
