PS3 - FIFA Street 3 Gets New Play Fields
When the FIFA Street franchise was created, developers at EA had it in mind to throw away all the conventions of soccer and just let everything kick off from there.
The latest iteration off of the series, FIFA Street 3 (PS3, Xbox 360, DS), takes this concept quite literally with its off-the-wall arcade style of gameplay that is quite unconventional for soccer. That includes different locales that are quite a leap from your typical setting of a soccer game.
Whether from the rooftops of a bustling downtown city, to a bridge overpass, to an abandoned oil rig, it takes some hardcore soccer action right where you want it.
Aside from the seven different locales that has been readily included in the game (beach, rooftop, Mediterranean, samba, shipyard, riverside, and oil rig), you can have three more additional locations as downloadable content.
What the developers wanted out of it was to create an alternate sort of reality, wherein players are challenged to blend in with the un-typical gaming setting. You'll be surprised at just how thrilling it could turn out to be!
Look out for FIFA Street 3 to hit store shelves next month.
