PS3 - Folding@Home Updated
Those of you runni8ng the Folding@Home application on their PS3 will be interested to know they have updated the program- the latest version number now is 1.31. To get the update, simply restaart it and the update will download.
This update is to improve the program's handling of network errors when uploading or downloading work units. SCEI says, "When communication with Stanford University s servers is unsuccessful, the application will now try an effective method of attempting to reconnect based on the specific error condition."
For those that have not yet started folding (or those that are currently running the program) I invite you to join our folding team. Simply bring up the options menu by hitting triangle, go down to Identity and select "Join an existing team". Enter in the team number 54263 and that is it, you are in.
