PS3 - Free Downloadable Content For Burnout: Paradise Coming
Criterion, the developers behind the hit game Burnout: Paradise, have been doing some talk of downloadable content for the game. This will be more than just some new cars, however- we may also be seeing some expansion to the areas we can drive to in the form of new islands which will be made available for free.
Not much has been said as of yet but Alex Ward, creative director for the game, says bridges from the main section of Paradise City will lead to these new areas with each offering a "different type of gameplay". Until this can be clarified a bit more it's anybody's guess what this could mean.
The new cars that are coming will be sold in the normal way via the PlayStation Store. The maps will be made available via an in-game update once they are ready.
