PS3 - Fret Nice Coming To PSN, First Ever Guitar Controlled Platformer
Swedish developer Pieces Interactive collaborates with Tecmo in offering a new platformer that features a guitar controller – Fret Nice. This title is available both via PSN and XBL.
One major distinction with Fret Nice from other music titles is the control scheme and the developers have issued that some details about the game. According to Pieces CEO Johan Hellberg, “We felt sorry for gamers who bought a guitar only to be used for pure music games, so we made a platform game for them! Fret Nice is the perfect blend of two worlds.”
In addition, he further said, “The game industry is under a lot of stress, we have to differentiate our products against the competition. Fret Nice looks and feels like nothing else.”
The game has been slated for an early 2010 launching on the PSN and XBL.
