PS3 - Fumito Ueda Thinks An Ico Collection "Would Be Nice"
After Sony confirmed the God of War Collection for the PS3, everyone is excited to hear what's next for Sony on the PS3. There are a lot on the fans' wishlist but the pack containing ICO and Shadow of the Colossus seems to be ahead of the pack. And Team Ico's Fumito Ueda is paying notice.
During the TGS event, Ueda was asked about this possibility and this is what he had to say:
“Initially, I didn't want to consider that. I always thought they were designed for PS2 and should stay there. But lately, I've been thinking it would be nice to provide the games to other platforms to reach more users.”
Although it does not confirm anything, it is pleasant to hear Ueda has high hopes for the plan such that fans can cross their fingers that this may happen in the near future.
