PS3 - Future Snags Rights To Official PlayStation Mag In USA
It has been 9 months or so since the closure of the original Official US PlayStation Magazine. Now, however, it's looking like we have a new one to look forward to.
Future US, Inc. (publishers of PSM,The Official XBox Magazine and many other special interest titles) has struck a deal with Sony US to produce PlayStation: The Official Magazine. The first issue is scheduled to hit stands during November 2007 and will be the Holiday Edition.
Future US will have full control over content and advertising. Future has had a very long relationship with Sony- those in the UK will recognize their parent company, Future plc, as the publishers of the Official Sony PlayStation Magazine there.

I would say its the best PS Mag over here... Dont get too excited about the free blu-ray disks though....:)
To be honest, I don't know if this new magazine will have demo discs. While the magazine was PSM they did have DVDs for a short time with videos but that was soon discontinued due to cost issues.
Then again, the editor-in-chief Rob Smith did promise something special for newsstand buyers. i can't see a demo disc being too "special" these days, however.
