PS3 - Gran Turismo 5 International Release Not In 2009
The March 2010 release for Gran Turismo was intended for Japan, Sony was quick to clarify. The other regions are recipient of bad news when they also indicated that a 2009 international release is not very likely.
Polyphony Digital's Kazunori Yamauchi had an explanation for this:
“I don't think it's going to be that different for US and Europe...Marketing is still discussing their issues.” Hence, the specific release dates for other regions have not been finalized yet.
Since Gran Turismo 5 promises to bring 950 cars, 70 variations of different locations, this title is truly a dream come true for all racing fans. After the Japanese release have been confirmed, fans from other regions would have to be patient until overseas release are confirmed. We'll be sure to inform you when we have that covered.
