PS3 - Guitar Hero: Hendrix In The Works?
In a recent interview with the Rolling Stones, there were a few hints dropped leading everyone to suspect of the possibility of a Guitar Hero Hendrix.
The following was touched on in the said interview:
“Well, having the Aerosmith (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii) guys do it was very cool 'cause Aerosmith's one of the bands I was heavily influenced by. And Metallica's doing it, that's great. Those are the two ones that I think gives it some credibility. And they're doing a Hendrix one, which is great. (emphasis ours)”
This might be a good reason for fans to go grab a Guitar Hero, that is if you haven't got one yet. Although this sounds a really promising idea, we hope that it is not confused with Guitar Hero World Tour wherein a track from Jimi Hendrix has been confirmed, or will it be an entirely new title?
While Activision has not given any confirmation on this yet, we'd regard this as rumor. More updates when we have Activision's word on it!
