Er, how is that even possible? Oh, hang on, aren't the 360 games on DVD as opposed to HD-DVD? It's still intriguing how they managed this.
I suppose it's a normal DVD that has HALO 3 game footgae on it and someone put it on the PS3 to show it instead.
Wouldn't it be interesting though, coming out on PS3? I know it won't as it's a Microsoft inhouse game, but still, it's a great video.

What happened was, for whatever reason, the employee in question put an XBox 360 in the PlayStation 3 kiosk and didn't know any better.
