PS3 - Make Your Own Videos Playable On PS3

Those that have messed with trying to format a video for the PSP know how much of a pain it can be without the proper software to handle all the dirty work. Good news for future PS3 owners- a program is now available to prep videos for the PS3.

Red Kawa, a newly formed company, has just released PS3 Video 9. This program will take your existing video on the PC and transform them to formats the PS3 can play:

    •  MPEG-4 SP (AAC LC)
    •  H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Main Profile(AAC LC)
    •  MPEG-1 (MPEG Audio Layer 2)
    •  MPEG-2 PS(MPEG2 Audio Layer 2)
    •  MPEG-2 TS (MPEG2 Audio Layer 2) If you are thinking that program name sounds familiar, it should- these are the same guys that made PSP Video 9. Now that they have formed their own company expect to hear more in the coming months from them.
