PS3 - MGO Beta Start Delayed
Those of you who pre-ordered metal Gear Solid 4 and received your code to access the beta, along with those in the UK/ Europe who grabbed it from the PlayStation Store, were no doubt looking forward to getting going today at fragging your fellow beta testers. Unfortunately, some things never go quite as planned.
Konami announced the beta start has been delayed due to "extraordinary levels of traffic from all around the globe" causing service problems. There will be another announcement made tomorrow, April 22. On the plus side, the end date of the beta has been pushed back another week- the beta now ends on May 11 instead of the original May 5.
