PS3 - NBA 2K10 Getting Collector's Edition
In observance of the NBA 2K franchise's 10th anniversary, 2K Sports seems to be dishing out some goodies for its loyal gamers in the form of special limited collector's edition of the latest installment of the franchise – NBA 2K10. Reported to be included in the collector's edition are:
*a numbered 2K Sports game storage locker with combination lock that can store up to 20 games
*an exclusive figurine from McFarlane Toys featuring NBA 2K10 cover athlete and spokesman Kobe Bryant
*a 16"x36" 2K Sports Kobe Bryant poster designed by Shepard Fairey's Studio N° 1
*a NBA 2K10 10th anniversary video that explores the history of the NBA 2K franchise
*access to the Gold Room, NBA 2K10's VIP online lobby
Aside from the items listed above, a copy of NBA 2K10 will be included. A suggested retail price of US $99.99 has been cited as well. While this was just a rumor at first, 2K Sports has confirmed this to be real.
Official release of NBA 2K10 is scheduled this fall.
