PS3 – New Civilization Game Announced

Civilization Revolution is a new game with a more dynamic approach to expanding the original 'Civilization' series developed by Sid Meier that has made its mark in the PC gaming industry. The said gaming series has become one of the most well-known turn based builder games to have ever been created.

Its developers have decided to recreate the game altogether by enhancing its features. This new version has been referred to by the developers themselves as a 'great reinvention of the series.'

The mechanics of the game (turning a civilization into a superpower nation) remains the same, but the features have been manipulated to bring the intensity of the game a notch higher.

For instance, there is this new feature called army creation. This will allow you to join together three different units and attack as one. Players can use this to their advantage to create one formidable unit in their war conquest.

But gamers won't be able to try their hand at this new game for quite some time, as it won't be available until the middle of 2008 on the PS3.
