PS3 - New On Blu-Ray This Week

Here is this week's new batch of Blu-Ray movies for you to enjoy and we are pretty sure that this is something that you guys would love to have on your collection. And while the list is not as hefty as most of you would have hoped, these titles are definite must-haves for certain people. Also important to note is that this week's list features an all-star cast: Led Zeppelin, Takumi Fujiwara, Oliver Cromwell, a bunch of vampires, and the Justice League.

Already, it sounds quite a major lineup and is something to watch out for. Aside from the all-star factor, this week's batch also boasts off a great variety of options for fans, including a horror movie, an animated movie, a historical drama, a movie based on a manga and anime, as well as a collection of Led Zeppelin's concerts at Madison Square Garden. Surely, providing you with entertainment however you want it.

If you haven't checked out the anime and manga of the same name, Initial D takes you on a downhill mountain racing. Join Takumi Fujiwara as he masters how to manuever the perilous curves of Mt. Akima as a tofu delivery driver, until he is discovered by certain racing groups in the area. Watch out for that hairpin turn!

Up next is Justice League: The New Frontier, which is an animated feature that showcases the origins of the Justice League. Featured as the mythical group of superheroes are Hal Jordan, Barry Allen, Clark Kent, Diana, Bruce Wayne, and J'onn J'onzz. In this version, these league of amazing superheroes will try to crack down the government, and in the process, you'll be taken through some super action, as you can expect.

Finally, there's director David Slade's 30 Days of Night. And because we know vampires can't stand the sun, they only come out during the night. This movie takes you along with a group of vampires as they invade the sleepy town of Barrow, Alaska where the night goes on for thirty days. Should prove to be a pretty chilling experience!
