PS3 - New On Blu-Ray This Week (Jan. 7- Jan. 13, 2008)
After what seems to be a zombie-infected Blu-Ray movie releases in the past week, this week's batch is looking to be filled with some testosterone-fueled action. Indeed, it's going to be an action-fest with such movies as Con Air, The Rock, Man on Fire, and 3:10 to Yuma.
Aside from that, this week's treat also includes a double feature for your enjoyment. Among those in the double feature category are Japanese action flicks like Killing Machine/Shogun's Ninja (starring Sonny Chiba), Sister Street Fighter/Sister Street Fighter II, and a double creature feature Night of the Werewolf/Vengeance of the Zombies.
As for the releases, there's Michael Bay's 1996 blockbuster, The Rock. With an amazing cast, you can't expect a movie of lesser caliber than what it was able to deliver! Next, there is Nicholas Cage in Con Air, which should definitely take you through some major turbulence when it comes to action.
Then, there's a slightly newer film from Denzel Washington – Man on Fire. This one is actually a remake of a 1987 film of the same name, which is about an ex-CIA agent-turned-bodyguard John Creasy who goes up against a kidnapping organization.
When we tell you it's an action-fest, we mean it! So check out the complete list of Blu-Ray releases this week, so you'll have an idea of what to expect:

* Sunshine (20th Century Fox)
