PS3 - No Character DLC For Street Fighter IV: Capcom
Although Street Fighter IV has been confirmed to have DLCs coming their way, such as the Championship mode and costumes, Capcom revealed that they have no plans of releasing one to add more characters in the game. This statement was issued by Seth Killian, Capcom's Community Manager.
He stated the reason why a character DLC is not happening soon, saying “[w]e want the core game to be a completely functional package, and character DLC could split the user-base.”
If you can recall February of last year, Capcom's Yoshinoro Ono kept fans' hopes alive when he sparked up the possibility of Dee-Jay and T.Hawk making it to the final roster of SFIV. Well, it depends on how insistent the fans are about getting these two characters.
