PS3 - Official SOCOM Bluetooth Headset, Quarantine Level Revealed

Up top you see the official bluetooth headset that will be bundled with SOCOM: Confrontation when the game is released. The headset will also be available separately for those looking to get it without the game.

The headset ha a couple of features not normally found: a button to mute your own mic (don't think anyone wants to hear the nagging about playing too much SOCOM) and a charging cradle that can plug into your computer/ PS3 USB port to ensure you have a full charge when it's time to lock and load.

The headset is still in the prototype stage as they refine some things like the plastics in its construction, ergonomics and adding a few more PS3- centric features.

Some of you are probably saying, "Enough about the headset- bring on the game footage!". No problem- check the videos below for a tour through two of the SOCOM: Confrontation levels, entitled "Quarantine" and "Kasbah" (may not be the final title).
