PS3 - Project Gotham Racing Coming to PlayStation 3?
With Activision's recent purchase of UK video game developer Bizarre Creations, speculations have risen surrounding the studio's financial status. However, Bizarre Creations' Ben Ward released a statement at the studio's official site addressing this issue.
The recent developments had nothing to do with financial trouble whatsoever, rather it was done to boost the development of better games in the future. Ward detailed the arrangement between Bizarre Creations and Activision in terms of how the sales are going to be played out. He also hinted on some ongoing works on two anticipated game titles, Project Gotham Racing 4 and The Club.
Both companies have different approach into their work; Bizarre is comparably more in control with how the studio and web site are run, and the creative process of developing their games.
Who knows how this team-up will do in the long run, and already some people are looking forward to a multi-platform PGR 4. The only thing Ward revealed is that they are currently working on a couple of games that are yet to be named, one is a racing game, the other is a character game.
Ward refused to spill in more details on this but promised that more information will be unveiled soon.
