PS3 - PS3 Motion Controller To Be Named Sphere?
For several months now, everyone has been talking about this new PS3 motion controller. But no one has really delved into what the name would be for this new controller system for Sony's console. There are several rumors connecting the name for this new motion controller to a single-letter word that exemplifies the presence of a color-changing orb at the end of the wand. Thus, there are several reports claiming that the controller might be named “Sphere”.
Again, the top of the want draws a lot of attention, which reinforce the belief that it might be called as such. This was also mentioned by Sega producer Yasuhito Baba in an interview during the TGS 09 event.
However, the duo of Richard Marks and Anton Mikhailov, which are responsible for developing the system's motion controller have yet to confirm or deny this.
