PS3 - PS3 Price Drop in UK seems to have finally gone through

So, why am I posting this news and not just updating the previous news Lyndon released? Well I've just seen two top online retail sites for the UK and they are both selling the PS3 at a brand new price.

First off, the new 40GB version seems to be retailing at around the £300 mark. This comes with one game.

The big, no wait HUGE, surprise is that these two BIG retailers are offering the 60GB version for a wallet saving £350.

OK, so it's not exactly wallet saving, but wait until you hear this...

For that price, you get the console PLUS 2 games.
One of them actually throw in a free Blu-Ray movie as well to go with the two games.

Now, obviously you can't choose which games you get, but heck, for that price you might as well get the bundle.
Then just play the games, if you like them then great, if not then just trade them in and get another game you know you WILL like.

With the likes of FIFA 08 already out, new PES due out soon, and the likes of a new Need For Speed, new Smackdown, and other great games on the horizon, the future of PS3 couldn't be rosier.

As for the name of the two online retailers? Well let's just say that it's a wonder that a "DOG" can actually play a computer "GAME".
