PS3 - PS3 SingStar "Needs Further Testing"
The release date for SCE London's SingStar for the Playstation 3 has not yet been confirmed. Apparently, Sony is still testing the game for its downloadable content and other community features, according to reports from GamesIndustry.biz.
A spokesperson from Sony has revealed that they are using this time to ensure that consumers get the best out of SingStar on their PS3. “We are therefore taking extra time to test the downloadable content and community features of SingStar to ensure that it is as rich, simple and accessible a SingStar experience as possible,” the Sony spokesperson further added.
The said Sony spokesperson did not mention any release dates although the company have previously set November 13 as the music game's release date. Various retailers on the internet have listed the game for an October or late November release though.
