PS3 - PSN Cards Available Now?
It looks like some retailers are letting the cat out a bit early. According to one of the regulars over at gaming news site Kotaku the US Army base in Aberdeen, Maryland is now selling the long- awaited PlayStation Cards.
These cards work similar to the points cards used by XBox Live and Nintendo's Wii Store to pre-load players' online wallets for purchasing items from the stores. Unlike the other guys, however, Sony is sticking to good ol' cash.
This is good news for those without access to a credit card but want to start checking out some of the games available for purchase on the PlayStation Store. If this is any indication it likely will not be long before the cards are available any place selling games.
