PS3 - Ratchet & Clank PS3 Title Named

The April issue of EGM Magazine in the US has some information on the upcoming PS3 installment of Ratchet and Clank, including the full title.

The game wil be called ¨Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction¨. As Brian Allgeier, design director of Insomniac Games explains ¨the name Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction works on many levels. It signals a new era for the franchise, ties into the game´s story, and includes one of our signature subtitle double entendres.¨

The series is recognized as the most successful PS2-era platform franchise. There is also a game out on the PSP (Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters) and versions for mobile platforms.
