PS3 - Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty Dated
Heads up Ratchet and Clank fans! The PlayStation Store downloadable sequel to Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction now has a confirmed date.
We can expect the game to hit the store on Thursday, August 21 at a price of USD$14.99. For those in the PAL territories, that same date applies as well. No word on price, however.
For those unfamiliar with Quest For Booty, the game takes up right where Tools leaves off with Ratchet starting his search for Clank. The game is heavy on the platforming and exploration with some new ideas thrown in for gameplay mechanics. An example of this is an electric tether in ratchet's wrench which can be used to move objects around with.
This game makes for a great entry point for those looking to check out the series the first time as well as give veteran fans their fix while awaiting the next Blu-Ray release. This is one download you will not want to miss.
