PS3 - Red Faction: Guerrilla Details
Some more details have come to light regarding Red Faction: Guerrilla, which was recently announced for the PS3 by THQ. As mentioned before, the game is set 50 years after the events of the original game with what is described as an "open world" enviroment.
One thing that wasn't mentioned before was the series is switching from a first person perspective to third person. Brad caraway describes the gameplay as being focused on "fast-paced guerrilla warfare style combat" and "true physics-based destruction." Sounds familiar, doesn't it? They also promise to have "robust" multiplayer modes.
We'll keep an open mind and wait for more details to come. Considering the game is still a long way away (2009) there is lots of time to change/ show us something exciting.
