PS3 - Rock Band 2 Touring Australia?
In the website of Australia's classification board, it was hinted that Rock Band 2 might be released in the region. Despite Rock Band's immense success in 2007, Aussie gamers never had the chance to play the game because it was never released in the said continent. It seems like all efforts to release the game have paid off as Australia could finally see a release for the sequel.
In the classification board's latest update, it included in the ratings list MTV's Rock Band 2, which was given a PG rating due to “Mild Coarse Language”.
However, just because it has been rated doesn't necessarily mean it will be released in Australia. The original Rock Band game was also classified in November 2006 and earned a PG rating but never were released at all.
Representatives from EA were not available for a comment on this news. We'll update this as new information comes in.
