PS3 - Saw Game By Hallowe'en 2009

As the new Saw V movie is slated for release this weekend, Saw fans have more to look forward to as the Saw game will soon arrive. However, that would mean you would have to wait another year to get your hands on the game.

Along with the Saw V movie release, Brash Entertainment has issued a press release to detail that the Saw game will head on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for October of 2009.

The story arc for the game will tie the events of the first and second movie versions. The press release details:

“In an effort to stay true to the SAW Universe, Brash is working closely with the SAW creators, Leigh Whannell and James Wan, ensuring the game pulls no punches, and delivers the horrifying suspense and disbelief that has floored fans worldwide.”

What's even more enticing is that the game will be developed using the Unreal Engine 3 technology. Well, this one really looks like worth waiting a year for! More updates as we have them!
