PS3 - Sega Officially Announces Sonic The Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 For PSN
Sega has officially confirmed 'Project Needlemouse', which is a mysterious game that many have been keeping a close eye on. The game is due to make an appearance on the PSN this summer and its official name will be “Sonic The Hedgehog 4”.
It is important to note though that it will serve only as episode 1. Thus, the game will come in installments that will gradually make its way onto the PSN over time. No further details were revealed about the game though except that it will generally be a side-scrolling 2D with some 3D makeover.
If you have seen the trailer for the game so far, Sonic 4 is looking fabulous and will feature classic style music from the Sonic franchise. Aside from the above mentioned gameplay details, pricing has yet to be confirmed for the game, along with an official release date.
