PS3 - Some Answers Regarding Casino Royale Offer In Europe
A number of new PS3 owners in the UK and Europe were asking one question- ¨Where´s the free Blu-Ray movie we were promised?¨ Well, there´s a bit more detail about that now.
We know the free copy of Casino Royale on Blu-ray was talked about in the pre-launch briefings but was never mentioned as an official promotion. In an interview with Eurogamer, however, Sony does remember it and will come through. You may just have to wait a bit.
Those that have qualified will be getting a confirmation e-mail to let them know. These e-mails have been delayed for whatever reason in getting out. Sony claims the movie will get sent but those that qualify will have to wait 45 days after the official release in their region before it gets sent out.
Personally, i think they should have saved themselves some grief and packed it in with the system as they did with Talledega Nights in the first North American units.
