PS3 - Tekken 6 Gets Patch Today
Finally, the time has come for Namco Bandai to release a fix for Tekken 6 this holiday. The talk about the Tekken 6 patch has been around for a while and none have spotted it being released yet. But this was confirmed in a not-so-unlikely place – Twitter. As it turns out, gamers will have something to thank for this Thanksgiving, which is the scheduled release for Tekken 6.
For those who are curious on what to expect for the Tekken 6 patch, it is important to clear first that this is not similar to the online Scenario Mode that is coming sometime in December. Fans are hoping though that the patch will iprove the online experience. And since the patch is out today, you can learn about some basic information that the patch will bring to the game by reading more below:
*Improved input response: improvement of the game’s responsiveness to button / command inputs
*Selectable search priorities for ranked matches: players will be able to set search priorities for opponents in ranked matches based on comparable rank or connection quality as well as location
*Optimized data transmission between fighters and spectators: fight data will be optimized in order to reduce the bandwidth load on the host’s console
*Signal strength bars: the signal strength bar will reflect connection quality more accurately
*Chance to cancel match: players will be able to cancel the match before it begins once the opponent’s signal strength has been displayed on ranked matches.
