PS3 - Trophy Leaderboard, Other Features Now On Euro PSN
A new PSN functionality was introduced via the European branch of the PlayStation blog last March. To be specific, this new functionality enabled users to check their Trophies and friend's status on the website. Since it was introduced, about half a million users were already able to enjoy this feature.
Then came the launching of the PSN channel, and Sony officials have been keenly paying attention to community feedback to find more ways to enhance the features of the section. These efforts resulted in two of the latest feature additions at the eu.playstation.com, which is set to launch in mid-July.
The first of these two features is the “My Trophies – Compare with your friends” page. As the name implies, this will enable you to lineup your own trophies against that of your PSN friends.
A Leaderboard is also available wherein you can rank yourself against other PSN friends and detect any trends.
As of now, Sony officials are still working on this to see if any more changes can be incorporated to deliver an optimal experience for PSN fans. As the launching date of these features draw near, we will surely get more details on them, so stay tuned.
